A Koroga (Swahili for “stirring”) is a popular Kenyan social culinary experience where friends or family gather at a restaurant to cook their own meal, typically a curry, on an outdoor stove (jiko). Participants are provided with ingredients, a sufuria (pot), and a tawa (griddle) to cook, often enjoying drinks and starters during the hours-long, interactive process.
